SAB’s manifolds are 100% custom made according to the specifications. They can be equipped with any SAB standard or custom made cartridge valve and actuated manually, hydraulically, pneumatically or electronically to suit the functions needed. Monogas and/or gas mixtures can be filled with the multifunction valve (MFV).

Multifunction Valve
The multifunction valve (MFV) can be used to fill mono and/or mixed gases. Durch die kompakte besondere Modulbauweise lassen sich individuell Ventile für unterschiedliche Kundenwünsche herstellen. Das MFV ist speziell für den Gaseinsatz konstruiert und hat eine BAM-Zulassung bis 400 bar für Sauerstoff. (Europäisches Patent Nr. 1172590)

Segment Distributors
Segment distributors SAB segment distributors are used for distributing compressed air into several pipelines. They’re advantage is the lower width and weight, their disavantage the cannections points in between the segments. They can be equipped with any SAB cartridge valve and actuated manually, hydraulically, pneumatically or electronically to suit the functions needed. The distributors are assembled ready to connect.

All cartridges are insertet into one block casing. They can be equipped with any SAB standard or custom made cartridge valve and actuated manually, hydraulically, pneumatically or electronically to suit the functions needed SAB bottle head assemblies are fitted directly to gas cylinders.
