Zwei Multifunktionsventile, freigestellt vor verschwommenem Hintergrund

Multifunction Valve

Monogas and/or gas mixtures can be filled with the multifunction valve (MFV). Individual valve combinations for different customer requirements can be realised due to the particularly compact modular design. The MFV is specially designed for use with gases and has BAM approval for oxygen up to 400 bar. The valve system provides a “Block and Bleed” function. (European Patent No. 1172590)

Function

The Multifunctional valve is a valve system in a compact design. Several functional blocks are mounted on a baseplate. These functional blocks consist of single valves which have a board design. A multifunctional valve can be desidned as Inlet Multifunctional Valve (if required as block and bleed design), or Outlet Multifunctional Valve. Both designs can be combined to a complete filling station for gas bottles.

Inlet multifunctional valve

Gas cylinders are vented, vacumised and then filled by means of these multifunctional valves. They consist of feed valve assemblies, one vacuum valve and one vent valve. The feed valve assembly can be a block and bleed design or a single valve.

Outlet multifunctional valve

These multifunction valves are used to distribute the individual gases to the individual consumers.

Advantages

Compact design
Service friendly
Functional blocks can be freely arranged and are not restricted in amount and size
